NEET 2023 exam notification is expected to be released by National Testing Agency (NTA) in December 2022 at nta.nic.in or neet.nta.nic.in.
NTA conducts the NEET exams annually for granting medical, dental, nursing, and AYUSH admission in India.
Through NEET 2023, admission will be provided in 91,827 MBBS, 27,698 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH, 487 BSc nursing, and 603 BVSc seats, including 1899 AIIMS MBBS and 249 JIPMER MBBS seats.

NEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates can check the NEET 2023 eligibility criteria here –
Minimum required age – The candidates must have completed their age of 17 years during admission or before 31st December of the year of admission.
Educational Qualification – The candidates must have passed or appeared in a 10+2 exam or equivalent exam to appear for the NEET 2023.
Nationality – The candidate should be an Indian citizen, NRIs, OCIs, Foreign Nationals, or PIOs.
Studies Subjects – The candidates who want to apply for the NEET 2023 exam should have studied Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and English from a recognized board.
Qualifying exam marks – The candidates should have passed with at least 50% marks in biology, physics, and chemistry in the qualifying examination. For the reserved categories, the minimum marks should be at least 40%.

NEET 2023 Application Form
NTA will release the NEET 2023 application form on its official website- neet.nta.nic.in., and candidates can start registering from the first week of April 2023 (tentatively).
Steps to Fill NEET 2023 Application Form
- Visit the official website of NTA NEET 2023 and click on the ‘New Registration’ tab.
- Fill in basic details like name, contact number, DOB, email, etc., and click on submit.
- Your login credentials (ID and Password) will be created and registration completed.
- Start filling in the NEET 2023 application form by providing personal details, choosing the exam center, and medium and academic details.
- Now, upload the required documents and images.
- Pay the NEET application fee via UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or e-wallet.
Required Documents to fill out the NEET 2023 Form
- Valid ID proof such as ration card, Aadhar card, passports, bank account passbooks, or any other government-issued ID.
- Documents related to the candidates such as their date of birth proof, permanent address proof, email account, mobile number, name, etc.
- Passport size images, left thumb impression, and signature.
Application Fee:
The application fee payable for different categories is:
- Candidates of the General Category will pay Rs 1600/-.
- Candidates of the General- EWS/ OBC-NCL will pay Rs 1500/-.
- Candidates of the SC/ ST/ PWD/ Transgender category will pay Rs 900/-.
- For those candidates who are applying from outside India, the application fee is Rs 8500/-.
- Candidates will have to also pay additional charges and GST.
- The application fee can be submitted online mode only through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit card, or UPI.
